Shipping Costs
Shipping will be via United States Post Office or UPS.  I detest paying as much to ship an item as the item itself cost, so please rest assured that to the best of my ability I will keep all shipping charges to a minimum. That being said, I have been shipping lampshades for over 15 years and I will be double boxing all larger shades and shipping them via UPS to guarantee their safe arrival.

Conditions for a Refund
Becca's Custom Lampshades wants you to be fully satified with your purchase. If you are not fully satisifed, please contact me immediately upon receiving your shipment.

Refund Payment
Refunds are given in the same form of payment as that of the original purchase. If you pay by credit card, a credit will appear on your next months statement. If you paid with a check or money order I will issue you a refund check.

Return Packing
When returning any product be sure and pack the item carefully to insure its safe & undamaged return. I suggest returning packages via UPS or US Postal Service Insured Mail. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.

Shipping Insurance
Please insure and/or certify the shipment to protect yourself against loss or damage when returning items to me. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the defective merchandise has been received at my home.
